Web forms: group questions not announced by some screen readers

Screen reader users on some devices may not hear the question above a set of multiple-choice answer options announced before the options themselves on gablvm.org forms, including the community research form. All questions, options, and form submissions continue to work normally, and the question text remains reachable by moving backward one step from the options. An initial fix was deployed on August 7 and did not fully resolve the behavior; a revised fix is in progress.

    This incident has been resolved. Screen reader testing on an affected device confirms each question is now announced before its answer options.
