Quran player: spoken English translation did not play for some reciters

  • Incident
  • minor
  • Resolved

For a period after the after-each-verse English translation was extended to more reciters in the Quran player, the spoken English translation did not play for a small number of reciters, even though the option appeared available for them. Arabic recitation played normally throughout. A listener reported it. The cause was identified and corrected, and the English translation now plays for these reciters as well. Other reciters were unaffected and no personal data was involved.
