The website homepage intermittently returned an error response to some requests due to an issue in our caching layer. The underlying site remained healthy throughout and most visitors were unaffected. The issue has been resolved and a safeguard added to prevent recurrence.

   This incident has been resolved. The homepage is confirmed to be responding normally. Impact was intermittent and primarily affected automated requests on June 2; most visitors were unaffected. No data was impacted and a safeguard is in place to prevent recurrence.

   A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. The affected cached response was cleared and a safeguard was added so error responses are no longer cached. If you saw an error earlier, please refresh and the page will load normally.
